Return/Exchange

We have a seven day in store exchange policy for unworn, regular price items to ensure your little ones have the right size. 

IN STORE EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT

We accept exchanges in store within 7 days of purchase.

Item must be in unworn condition. 

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

All custom orders (including special order, monogram, embroidery, or appliqué) are final sale and cannot be returned. 

ONLINE RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY

We accept returns by mail if postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your original order. Please note, we must receive these items within 7 business days of postmark. 

To return by mail, please be sure to insure your package when mailing. We are not liable for items lost or damaged by mail service. We do not offer prepaid labels for returns at this time. 

Once inspected to be sure item is unworn condition, we will issue a store credit in the amount of original purchase minus shipping. This credit will be emailed to you for use in ordering a new size or purchasing a different item. 

Sale items and custom orders (including monogram, embroidery or appliqué) are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please note, we are unable pay for return shipping on items that fall outside of our return policy (outside of the 7 day exchange policy, custom item, worn item etc). You will be notified by email of the reason the return is being rejected and have 30 days to reclaim your package.
